The National Training Office will be closed from Friday December 18th and will reopen Monday January 4th.

For students who may finish their qualification in the week before we close down, we may not be able to process your certificate until the new year.
Trainer Support during this time:
We understand that for many students, this is a time that you will utilise to also catch up your studies. Trainer's will attempt to check and respond to emails where possible but this will not be a regular event during the holiday break.
Please note: all Trainers and Assessors will be unavailable between Christmas Eve and New Years day and will not respond to queries during this time.
If you do submit your assessment over the Christmas break and your trainer has not marked it, please continue with your next assessment. We hope that all assessments submitted during the Office close down will be marked within the first week that the office is open but please allow up to two weeks for this to occur.On behalf of the team at National Training, happy holidays and we look forward to a great 2021.
