Updated Student Assessment Workbooks and Referencing

As many students would be aware, over the last 12 months we have reviewed the Student Assessment Workbook to include a section for referencing. We are nearing completion of this review but wanted to remind students that it is a requirement of your studies that you include references where any materials have been utilised or referred to, when completing your assessment.

You must ensure to reference your answer(s), if you are not using your own words. Example, if your answer to the question is referencing the unit Learner Guide, you must include the unit code (BSBXXX5XX) Learner Guide, Page XX or the weblink you used, if referencing a website from research you have undertaken.

For further information please refer to the Assessment Requirements and Instructions document, under Student Declaration of the Student Assessment Workbook.

This practice will ensure your answers cannot be considered as plagiarism in anyway.
