The National Training Office will be closed from Friday, 19 December, and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
If you have an administration-related query, such as needing a password reset, please email studentsupport@nationaltraining.edu.a.
For students completing their qualification in the week leading up to the closure, please note that certificate processing may not be finalised until the New Year.
Trainer and Assessor Support During the Holiday Break
We understand that many students use this time to catch up on their studies. Our Trainers and Assessors will do their best to check emails when they can; however, responses may be delayed during the closure period.
If you submit assessments over the Christmas break and they are not marked as promptly as usual, please continue with your next task. Our aim is to have all assessments submitted during the closure marked within the first week of reopening but please allow up to two weeks.
